Terms and conditions for the Express Trade Windows Depot, Lincoln Loyalty Card Scheme including minimum spend requirements to qualify for offer.

 

Express Loyalty Card

The Express Loyalty card has been designed to reward you as a customer of Express Trade Windows Depot in Lincoln.

Each time you place an order of £1500 + VAT or more, you will receive a stamp on your Loyalty card. Once you have collected 5 stamps, you will receive a 10% discount on your 6th order.

Make sure you ask the Depot Manager to set up your loyalty card for you, next time you order or email hello@expresstradewindows.co.uk

Data Protection Statement 

We would like to reassure you that your details are safe with us and will never be released to any other external companies or third party groups for their marketing purposes. 

We will use your personal details to send you information about your Loyalty Card and details of any future or current promotions. If at any time you would like us to stop sending you e-mails, please let us know and we will do so immediately. 

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ: The following Agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your Express Trade Loyalty Card (These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of your Express Trade Loyalty Card and govern the relationship between Express Trade Windows Depot ("Express Trade Windows Depot", "we" or "us") and you. Use of your Express Trade Loyalty Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must therefore read them carefully. Terms and Conditions

Our Express Trade Loyalty Card is our way to show our appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you spend £1500 or more in the Express Trade Windows Depot in Lincoln. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. Each Card is personal to the Cardholder or relevant Card User to whom it is issued and neither the Card nor the reward points can be used by or transferred to any other person. You card will be stored at the desk in Express and stamped by the Depot Manager, each time you place an order.

If you need to change any of the details you have registered with your Express Trade Loyalty Card, please contact the depot manager by telephone on 01522 516607 between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 during Monday to Friday, or by e-mail at hello@expresstradewindows.co.uk 


Stamps are earned on all orders of £1500 + VAT or more

Loyalty stamps are not awarded on any orders less than £1500, or on your 6th order which will include a 10% discount. Certain other products may also be excluded from the Scheme or the stamps awarded reduced from time to time at our discretion. Any stamps earned on orders which are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from the Card. 

To protect your card from loss or theft, your card must be kept at the Express Trade Windows Depot premises, behind the sales desk. If you remove your card for any reason and it is lost or stolen, you will be required to start a new card.

Express Trade Windows Depot reserves the right to terminate any customers membership of the Loyalty Card Scheme.  In certain instances where the customer is suspected of abusing the Loyalty Scheme that customer's balance will be forfeited and unused stamps will be cancelled.

Express Trade Windows reserve the right to correct or amend the remaining stamps on your card if we believe that an invoicing or accounting error has occurred.  If you wish to contest such a correction or amendment to your account balance, please contact our Depot Manager on 01522 516607.

Express Trade Windows are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged loyalty cards. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions or warranties implied by law, statue or otherwise are expressly excluded.
 
Express Trade Windows reserves the right to amend these Terms and conditions at any time or withdraw the Loyalty Card scheme on reasonable notice; such changes will be posted on www.expresstradewindows.co.uk/loyalty .  The amended terms will apply to the use of your Loyalty Card.
